BIArch Interior Architect, MSc Interior & Spatial Design
While studying at Saint Michel French High School, she began her artistic practice with spatial, still life, and nude model studies in the studio of artist Memet Güreli. In 2015, she graduated from the Faculty of Architecture at Yeditepe University, ranking third in her department and receiving an Honors Degree.
Following graduation, she joined Bilgili Holding’s Construction Division as a Project Officer within the Design Office. She contributed to a range of projects, including The Ritz-Carlton Residences, BodrumBodrum Yalıkavak Coastal Residences, Park Orman Nature Park, Galataport Istanbul, Republica Academic Apartments, and the gym renovation project at Soho House Istanbul. She subsequently assumed the role of Project Manager for the Akaretler Row Houses, a 45,000 m² complex of second-degree listed historic buildings.
During her nearly four-year tenure, she was the sole architect responsible for project development, interdisciplinary coordination, and on-site construction management of the existing and newly opened offices, residences, retail spaces, and approximately twenty restaurants located within the Akaretler Row Houses. Due to the historical significance of the row houses, she was also responsible for managing project approvals and permit processes with the Istanbul Regional Board for the Protection of Cultural Heritage. In addition, she was responsible for feasibility studies and project planning for potential domestic and international investments.
In 2019, she relocated to Milan, Italy, after being admitted to the two-year, thesis-based Master's programme in Interior & Spatial Design at Politecnico di Milano. She completed her coursework one semester ahead of schedule and graduated with full marks (110/110) upon the completion of her research thesis.
While developing her thesis research on urban contexts, she joined the Milan-based studio of architect and product designer Fabio Novembre as an interior architect. Novembre is the Artistic Director of Driade and the designer behind Casa Milan, the headquarters of AC Milan.
She subsequently worked as an architect and designer in the studio of Martino Berghinz, Patricia Urquiola’s long-term business partner. During this period, she contributed to projects including a Michelin-starred restaurant, a commemorative exhibition for the Gianfranco Ferré Foundation in collaboration with the Fashion Department of Politecnico di Milano, and pavilion design projects for Koç Holding at the Salone del Mobile International Design Fair.
She returned to Istanbul at the end of 2024. Since 2020, she has been providing project-based architectural and interior design services. Her primary areas of expertise include residential, hospitality, restaurant, and concept retail projects. In her ten-year professional career, she has worked on projects in Istanbul, Bodrum, Los Angeles, Malibu, Milan, Verona, Vercelli, Monza, Lisbon, Dubai, Athens, Amaala, and Vienna.
